Our greatest need is for monthly supporters. These partners keep current ministry going by providing for our missionaries and ongoing ministry costs. Please consider becoming a monthly or quarterly partner today!
One-time gifts will be put towards the greatest needs and opportunities, some of which are listed below.
We are so thankful for you all!
Current Ministry Needs
-
1. Build a Second Chicken House at Ukuthula ($16,000)
Our ability to establish a presence in the community has been very effective through the first chicken house (Completed Sept 2025). We see a need for further employment opportunities for the community, furthering the impact to their families, as well as all those that have local construction materials on their land and would benefit from us purchasing their materials (gum poles, thatching grass, etc). Building a second chicken house would mean investing in the sustainability of Made in Matobo’s ministry. Please consider helping us build this structure by November 1!
-
2. Build a Bathroom & Bedroom ($7,500)
In an effort to move our family to the new ministry base quickly and economically, we used an existing foundation and its parameters and did minimal indoor plumbing. The current indoor bathroom has only a toilet and sink- the shower is outside and there is no bathtub. Also, the girls’ bedroom is small and functional but will become tight once the third girl joins the crew!
With the family growing, we are expressing our desire to extend the house by 48 sq meters (516sq ft) to include another bedroom, an indoor shower and tub, and closets (this home has zero closets or cupboards currently).
Thank you for helping our family live a bit more comfortably while on the mission field!

3. Upgrade Ministry Vehicles ($40,000)
The 2001 Nissan Hardbody has served us well since 2018. However, now the repairs on it cost more than what regular maintenance should be. We are seeking $40,000 (roughly $20K each) to trade in both the current truck and 1998 Toyota Surf and find stronger vehicles to haul feed, transport equipment and produce, and travel to different project sites. Please pray with us for this big goal!

4. Partnering with Local School (TBD)
We are now farming back in the same Ward as we were in 2022. We intend to initiate conversations with the school leaders at Fort Usher Primary to see what connections can be made, to seek out ways we can partner with them and bless them. We intend to propose a school milk program. Stay tuned for opportunities to bless the primary school!
